Session 3: The One-Minute Solution.You will learn a powerful, well researched technique that combines hypnosis, cognitive behavior therapy and mind-body medicine that takes less than a minute and will help you become SMOKE FREE FOR GOOD.
Session 4: Preventing Backslides and Expanding Your Health Promoting Practices.In this session you will learn how to use self-hypnosis and cognitive behavioral technologies to reinforce change, build on change and permanently anchor your commitment to be SMOKE FREE FOR GOOD.
