success, it is time to consider different avenues in which that
formula should be put in to action. The main one you will
find in every area of your life is relationships. Quality relationships
are key to cultivating personal peace.

Throwing a letter at your mom, while yelling "stay away from your grandkids!"

is not exactly the way to invite personal peace in your life.
