Rumor has it that Bill Gates read this book and applied the truths to his life. I think we can say that he didn't do too bad for himself.Habit is what we automatically do, without deliberation. Unproductive Habit follows the well-worn path of least resistance. It thrives on complacency. Habits are broken only through determined, willful action or by external disruption.
